Ulpatek Filter has been providing technical knowledge and engineering solutions in the fields of filtration and indoor air quality (IAQ) to companies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and food sectors since its establishment.

For some time now, Ulpatek Filter has been conducting educational visits with manufacturers classified as OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) across various locations in Turkey under the slogan “Ulpatek Explains Proper Filtration.” Recently, the company opened its doors to vocational high school students, continuing to take new steps to enhance industry-student collaboration. In November, vocational and technical high school students met at Ulpatek’s new production facility.

Ganim DOKUYUCU, General Manager of Ulpatek Filter, spoke about the value-added products created with 40 years of industry experience and his confidence in young people for the continuity of these productions. A presentation covering production technologies, filtration, and innovative products was given to the students by Production Manager Mustafa BUZKAN to educate them further.

Sunum sonrası hep birlikte üretimi yapılan tüm ürünlerin sergilendiği alan ve fabrika turu yapılarak teknik gezi tamamlanırken, fabrika turu sırasında ustaların ve öğretmenlerin gözetiminde öğrencilere çeşitli basit uygulama yapma imkanı sunuldu.

Fabrika turu sonrası Ulpatek Filtre’de staj yapmak isteyen öğrencilere, okullarının onayı olduğu taktirde gerekli staj ve sonrasında çalışma imkanın sağlanacağının sözü verildi. Ulpatek Filtre, sanayi ve öğrenci iş birliğini geliştirmek adına üzerine düşen sorumluluğu tüm öğrenciler için imkanları el verdiği miktarda yapacağını bir kez daha göstermiş oldu.
